Our Assessor's application software is Web Based, utilizing a Web Browser for cross platform interoperability. The Missouri State Tax Commission has approved our CAMA, Real Estate Tax Administration, and Personal Property Tax Administration systems. All programs may be opened in multiple tabs. The Tax Administration application shares a database with our Collector's Tax Administration application, thus allowing a seamless interface with the data from the Collector's Office. All reports and forms are generated in a native PDF format with email capabilities.
